I am an experienced multilingual Sr. Product, Sales & Key Account Manager and coach. I have demonstrated history and successful results in the insurance, tourism, international business management, administration including HR tasks and service industries. For me the most crucial key element for effective account management is focus on the clients’ needs and on how you build rapport with them.

I have dedicated many years working with B2B and B2C including customer journey chain, product development, project management and market research. I am also passionate about coaching, mindfulness, training and mentoring.
